Health Anxiety

Health Anxiety is when you spend too much time worrying that you are ill, or about getting ill. 


Common signs of health anxiety include:


Excessive worry about health
Checking/scanning your body for signs of illness 

Seeking reassurance from others

Obsessively reasearching health information or avoiding seeing/hearing/talking about health isssues

Frequently visiting GP and requesting health checks
