As an accredited CBT therapist, I am bound by the professional codes of ethics around confidentiality.
I receive regular supervision to discuss the clients I treat. These are confidential meetings with a BABCP accredited clinical supervisor, whose role is to help support me to give my clients the best therapy I can. Indeed, to maintain my accreditation with the BABCP, I am required to attend regular supervision and attend and participate in regular training, in order to keep my knowledge and skills up to date.
I also have full professional indemnity insurance and hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
